Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Growth Clarity Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable because preparation may already have been completed. Genuine emergencies will be handled reasonably at Alexander Gartley’s discretion.

Once a Growth Clarity Session has been completed, the payment is nonrefundable. The session fee covers preparation, time, strategic assessment, recommendations, and written follow-up. It does not guarantee a particular business or marketing result.

Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for focused projects, advisory services, or other consulting engagements will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Payments for work already completed are nonrefundable.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Stripe and the customer’s bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
